The following items must be confirmed and reviewed by qualified legal counsel before these rules are published as final.

  1. CONFIRM eligible departure airport or airports for American Airlines round-trip airfare.
  2. CONFIRM whether baggage fees, rental-car fuel, insurance, deposits, gratuities, and excursion admission fees are included or excluded.
  3. INSERT the verified Z-Care Solutions privacy policy URL in Section 11.
  4. CONFIRM that the February 11-15, 2027 travel dates agree with all existing advertisements and promotional materials.
  5. REVIEW applicable state sweepstakes registration, bonding, and disclosure requirements with qualified legal counsel before publishing.
  6. VERIFY the existing entry form enforces the one-entry-per-person rule and that marketing consent remains optional.
  7. CONFIRM these rules match the promotion as actually offered since June 2, 2026. Flag any material inconsistencies with previously advertised conditions.

2.Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., who are at least 21 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Z-Care Solutions, individuals involved in administering this giveaway, and their immediate family and household members are not eligible.

3.Entry Period

The giveaway begins June 2, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. and ends December 23, 2026, at 11:59 p.m., Arizona time — Mountain Standard Time (MST). All entries must be received during this period.

4.How to Enter

Visit ZCareSolutions.com and complete the Bahamas Giveaway entry form with your name and requested contact information. Limit one entry per person during the giveaway period. Entry is free. No purchase is required, and purchases do not provide additional entries. Entries must contain accurate information. Automated, fraudulent, and duplicate entries are prohibited. Subscribing to marketing communications is optional and does not affect eligibility or chances of winning.

5.Grand Prize

One winner will receive a trip for the winner and one guest to Exuma, Bahamas, for five days and four nights, February 11-15, 2027. The prize includes: round-trip economy airfare for two on American Airlines from [CONFIRM ELIGIBLE DEPARTURE AIRPORT OR AIRPORTS]; four nights of house accommodations in Exuma; a rental car for the stay; and a boat excursion with Captain Andrew Clarke, including planned visits to the swimming pigs and Exuma Cays Land and Sea Park. Excursion destinations are subject to weather, safety, operating conditions, and access restrictions. Approximate Retail Value: $5,000. Actual value may vary based on booking costs. Any difference between the approximate and actual value will not be paid to the winner.

6.Expenses Not Included

The winner and guest are responsible for meals, personal purchases, passport costs, travel insurance, transportation to and from the departure airport, and expenses not expressly included in the prize. 7.Travel Requirements

The winner and guest must be available to travel February 11-15, 2027. Both travelers must have valid passports and satisfy all applicable entry and travel requirements. The guest must be at least 21 years old. The winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Rental-car use is subject to the rental company's requirements, including driver age, a valid driver's license, an accepted credit card, and any required deposit. The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. If a prize component becomes unavailable for reasons outside Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor may substitute a component of equal or greater value, consistent with applicable law.

8.Drawing and Odds of Winning

One potential winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries on December 24, 2026 — Christmas Eve. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. A public or social-media announcement does not replace direct notification or eligibility verification.

9.Winner Notification

Sponsor will notify the potential winner using the email address or phone number submitted with the entry. The potential winner must respond within 72 hours of the initial notification and complete any reasonably required eligibility, tax, and prize-acceptance documentation by the deadline provided. If the potential winner does not respond, is ineligible, declines the prize, fails to complete required documentation, or cannot travel on the specified dates, an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing. The winner is not confirmed until eligibility has been verified.

10.Giveaway Administration

Sponsor may disqualify entries involving fraud, tampering, false information, or violations of these rules. If circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control materially affect the integrity or operation of the giveaway, Sponsor may take reasonable corrective action consistent with applicable law and fair treatment of eligible entrants.

11.Privacy

Information submitted will be used to administer the giveaway, contact the winner, verify eligibility, and fulfill the prize in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy at [INSERT VERIFIED Z-CARE SOLUTIONS PRIVACY POLICY URL]. Consent to receive marketing communications is optional and does not affect eligibility or chances of winning.

13.Winner Information

To request the confirmed winner's first name and last initial, email Sales@zcaresolutions.com after the winner has been verified. Use the subject line: Bahamas Giveaway Winner Request.

14.Acceptance of Rules

By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions concerning administration of the giveaway, subject to applicable law.
